VigilEnt Security Agent for Oracle plug-in does not appear in the VigilEnt Security Manager or NetIQ Vulnerability Manager console.
Users logged in to the VigilEnt Security Manager or NetIQ Vulnerability Manager console are not seeing the VigilEnt Security Agent for Oracle plug-in.
VigilEnt Security Manager and NetIQ Vulnerability Manager console permission requirements for the VigilEnt Security Agent for Oracle plug-in.
The logged on user account does not have the proper permissions on the console workstation.
To use the VigilEnt Security Agent for Oracle plugin within the VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM) or NetIQ Vulnerability Manager (VM) console, the Windows user account should have the following permissions on the workstation where the console is installed:
- Full permissions to the folder where the VSM or VM console is installed. By default, this folder is located under \Program Files\Netiq.
- Full registry permissions to the NetIQ hive. The NetIQ hive is located under \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NetIQ.
