How do I close open files for managed users in the Web Console?

symptom
The Web Console does not allow me to use the Close Open Files for Managed User power.

cause
The Close Open Files for Managed User power is not available in the Web Console.

fix

The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Web Console does not currently support the Close Open Files for Managed User power. This power over resources is available only in the Delegation and Configuration console and the Account and Resource Management console.

NetIQ Technical Support has opened an enhancement request to include this functionality in a future version.
