How can I create an ActiveView that contains only objects in the Recycle Bin? (NETIQKB45463)

If you are using DRA version 8.x and you want to create an ActiveView that contains only objects in the Recycle Bin, create an Active View with the following rules:

1. Domain Rule 1 - Include objects that are users in domain DomainName
2. OU Rule - Exclude any OU in domain DomainName

Where DomainName is the name of the domain

Once you configure your ActiveView rules, you can delegate the following powers to an Assistant Admin or Assistant Admin group:

• Restore User from Recycle Bin**
• Delete User from Recycle Bin
• Delete User Account Permanently

** Note: Granting this power will require the ActiveView to also contain rules for OUs that the objects will be restored to.
