I selected Choose distribution lists and include their members in the Select Mail Objects wizard, but Exchange Migrator did not migrate all the members.

The Select Mail Objects wizard adds objects to a project so that they are available to be migrated within the project. Exchange Migrator does not migrate the objects until you specify to migrate them in the Migrate Mail Objects wizard.
