Situation
Events incorrectly show as Open in the Operator Console, even after being marked Acknowledged or Closed.
In the left pane of the Operator Console, Operator Console displays computers with blinking arrows, erroneously indicating that Closed events are not Acknowledged.
Unable to delete Closed events from the Operator Console.

Resolution
The netiqsync.exe program checks for differences in job status between AppManager agents and the repository and optionally stops orphaned jobs.
To resolve any differences in job status between the AppManager components, run the netiqsync.exe command line utility on the management server computer. This file is located in the \AppManager\extras\utilities folder on your Management server.
Cause
The job status listed in the AppManager Repository differs from the job status listed in the Local Repository on the agent.
