symptom
Error: 'Windows' Provider failed to get '/windows_Workstation=machinename' attributes. Error no such object" received when running any report.

cause
The Workstation service is not started in services.

fix

Start the Workstation service on the agent machine:

  1. Go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Computer Management.
  2. Locate Services.
  3. Locate the Workstation service in the list.
  4. Right-click and select Start.
