AppManager Report Viewer Console displays the following error:
ERROR: "Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0115'
Unexpected error
//AMReports/reporttree.asp
A trappable error (E06D7363) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running."
Resolution
Delete old reports from the %\Netiq\AppManager\Web\Reports folder.
When the Reports folder contains too many reports, you must delete some of those reports.
To delete reports for which an expiration date was set when the reports were created:
- Run AMAdmin_DeleteExpiredReports on the Report agent to delete any reports that have an expiration date that has passed.
Note: The default expiration date for reports is 60 days.
Move reports from the %\Netiq\AppManager\Web\Reports folder to identify a corrupted report.
To identify and eliminate a corrupt report:
Access the AppManager Report Agent computer. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the path where reports are stored. Typically, this path is C:\Program Files\NetIQ\AppManager\Web\Reports, which contains individual folders that store every report currently on this Agent.
Move all of the individual report folders from the Reports folder to another folder that is not a sub-folder of the Reports folder.
You should now be able to access the Reports page of the AppManager Operator Web Console without errors, although it will be empty since you have removed all applicable reports from the Reports folder.
To determine the report causing the error, return one report folder at a time back to the Reports folder.
Refresh your view in the AppManager Operator Web Console.
When the corrupted report is returned to the AppManager Operator Web Console, the error returns when you refresh the Reports view.
Delete the individual report folder containing the corrupted report. The Reports view of the AppManager Operator Web Console will then work correctly for all remaining reports.
Note: More than one report can be corrupted. After you identify the first corrupted report, continue performing steps 3 to 5 to examine the remaining reports.

Additional Information
To recover report data, you can recreate the corrupted report by generating a new report with the same criteria as the original one.
