Currently, Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) does not have the capability to move mailboxes via the CLI (Command Line Interface).

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.

As a workaround, the DRA 7.5 (and later) GUI does provide the capability to select multiple user objects and perform a mailbox move:

1. To select multiple user objects, hold down the CTRL key or the SHIFT key and left-click the objects in the search results window. 
2. Then, right-click those highlighted objects and select Exchange Tasks to perform a multi-user mailbox move. 

Also, in DRA 7.5 and later, the web console allows multi-select mailbox move operations.
