symptom
Remigrating a user account disables the target account even though the option to 'leave both accounts open' is selected.

symptom
The target account is disabled when a user account is migrated again (remigrated).

cause
The user account was originally migrated with the option to disable the source account.  Remigrating the now disabled source account with the option to 'replace and update' will disable the target account.

fix
Enable the source account manually or by using the 'undo' feature in Domain Migration Administrator (DMA)  prior to Remigrating the user account.
