BlackBerry_ResponseTime Knowledge Script
To resolve this error:
Specify the NetIQ service account mailbox (the mailbox associated to the service account for the NetIQmc service) within the BlackBerry_ResponseTime KS properties:
- You can update the default information by entering the mailbox in the actual KS (right-click the ResponseTime KS on the BlackBerry tab) and enter the information; or
- Update individual KS properties by right-clicking the parent job using the BlackBerry_ResponseTime in the job pane and entering the mailbox information on the properties screen
A unique mailbox is required for the NetIQmc Service account for proper response time testing. In addition, the mailbox MUST have a dedicated BlackBerry handheld device associated to the service account mailbox.
