The Offline RSoP Analysis report is not displaying any policies setting for Group Policy Objects (GPOs) from the Repository.

cause
The issue is due to the Offline RSoP not processing the GPO's in the Repository correctly. 

fix

This hotfix corrects an issue where the RSOP Offline Analysis report may not display all policies for Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in the repository.  If your RSOP Offline Analysis report is not displaying all the applicable policies, apply this hotfix.

To install this hotfix, run GPA40000_Hotfix44466.exe on each NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) console computer.

This hotfix modifies the following files in the installation folders. By default, this folder is \Program Files\NetIQ\Group Policy Administrator 4.0:

• \Bin\XML\RSOP\faRsopHierarchy.xml
