Situation

How do i gather diagnostic information from AMPP?

Resolution

To run diagnostics on the Analytics or Tomcat Services in the AppManager Performance Profiler (AMPP):

  1. Log into the AMPP Web user interface.
  2. On the Administration tab, click Diagnostics. You may have to login as Admin to proceed.
  3. Click Log Files (.zip).
  4. Click Save to save the zip file.
