Secure Password Administrator 1.0

Situation

How is the Profiles Management file imported into the Unregistered Users Report?

Resolution

The Profiles Management file is not automatically created upon installing Secure Password Administrator (SPA).  The file is manually imported from a CSV (comma separated value) file:

Note: You will first need to create the .csv file used for import.  For information on formatting this file, click on the View Format button.

  1. On the main SPA Admin site, under SPA Profile Management, select Import SPA Profile Management file.
  2. Browse to the location of the .csv file you plan to use for the import and click Open.
  3. Select Import.
  4. On the main SPA Admin site, under Reporting, select Run the Unregistered Users Report

You can now use this report to see the number of SPA registered and unregistered users.
