Event ID 13620

cause
The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Agent was removed from this (or all) Domain Controller(s) in the domain.  This can occur when:
  1. The Automatically install the NetIQ DRA agent service on all domain controllers box is unchecked in the Update Administration Server Options.
  2. The Agent was removed via the CLI (Command Line Interface) on the specific Domain Controller.
  3. The DRA Agent service was manually removed from Services on the specific Domain Controller.


fix

To resolve this issue, reinstall the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Agent on all Domain Controllers.
