Situation

How can time units be converted for SNMP Values being polled with the 'SyncGet' or 'SyncGetTable'?

Resolution

For time-dependent Delta calculations on SNMP Counters with the SyncGet or SyncGetTable Script, the default time units are the same as the job interval. If the job is running at 1-minute intervals, then the data points will be in units of X/Minute. However, to convert to another time unit, the Multiplier or Divisor Knowledge Script (KS) parameter can be used.

Example: To convert time units from minutes to seconds, set the Divisor KS parameter to 60 (representing 60 seconds per minute).
