If the scheduled job includes a Command/Program Call from one of the product libraries (PSCOMMON, PSSECURE, PSAUDIT etc.) or any of the following, it will be held at the start of the upgrade and released when it completes successfully.  If scheduling via the ROBOT product, be sure to manually check that jobs were released once the upgrade is complete.
