There is a 5 hour difference between the timestamp for 'Password last changed' in the Web Console and the timestamp in the 32-bit client.

fix
This issue is addressed in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 7.5 and later.  To resolve this issue, upgrade to the latest version of DRA.

To reproduce this issue:

  1. Reset a user's password from either the 32-bit GUI or the web console.
  2. Look at the 'Password last changed' property of the user in both the 32-bit GUI and the web console. Notice the 5 hour difference.
