Unable to see Categories after connecting to the Repository in the NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) console.

Why are the categories missing when I use Group Policy Administrator(GPA) to connect to the Repository?

cause
The number of users exceeds the license count or the license has expired.

fix
The licensing mechanism of NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) will count the total number of users using the security context of who is running the console.  If the number of users counted exceeds the number specified in the license, GPA will hide the categories from the list.
