Tree view opens as a seperate window in the console and will not restore to the original view.

fix

Remove the VSOC.INI file and allow NetIQ Vulnerability Manager to recreate a new .ini file.  When this is complete, all default settings are restored.  This can be done by following the steps below:

  1. Close all instances of NetIQ Vulnerability Manager.
  2. Delete the file \WINNT\VSOC.INI or \Windows\VSOC.INI.  If the file is not located here, a search of the drive may be necessary.
  3. Launch NetIQ Vulnerability Manager .

After logging in, all default settings are restored.
