Directory and Resource Administrator 6.x
Directory and Resource Administrator 7.x

Fix

The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Web Console can manage Contacts beginning with DRA version 8.0 SP1.  Previous versions of DRA are not able to manage Contacts using the Web Console.  Otherwise DRA can manage Contacts using either the Delegation and Configuration Console or the Accounts and Resource Management Console.

This functionality has been added to Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 SP1 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
