New User List report does not populate the 'create date' field when run against Windows endpoint.

fix

To address this issue:

  1. Open the report_column_types.txt file (located in \Program Files\NetIQ Vulnerability Manager\VSM) in Notepad.
  2. Add the following as a separate line at the top of the file contents: 

    (Note:  It is very important to separate the three columns using the TAB key.)

    GENERAL <TAB> Create Date <TAB> string

  3. Save the report_column_types.txt file.
  4. Close VigilEnt Security Manager/NetIQ Vulnerability Manager, then reopen it and display the report.  The 'create date' data should appear.
