Account and Resource Management console' only returns the first 250 open files when managing open files on a target machine.

symptom
The Account and Resource Management Console only returns a subset of the total list of open files when managing resources via the 32 bit GUI.

cause
By Design, the client only asks for 250 rows to return in the list.

fix
This is corrected in DRA 7.5 and later. To resolve this issue upgrade to the latest version of DRA.
