Situation
NetIQ Management Server crashes and no Dr. Watson or user.dmp log files are generated on a Microsoft Windows 2003 Server.
Resolution
Microsoft has acknowledged that there is a problem in Windows 2003.
To resolve this issue, follow the instructions in Microsoft KB article http://support.microsoft.com/?id=836080 or upgraded to ServicePack 1 of Microsoft Windows 2003
