Unable to add extension licenses in License Manager after the evaluation license has expired.

This is by design. The account used to enter licenses within License Manager must have dbo_owner permissions to the Repository (QDB). AppManager previously experienced problem entering licenses as a non-db_owner to the QDB and by doing this license tables would not be updated properly.  In addition, such licensing conflicts caused possible problems with discovery of UNIX Managed Objects.

AppManager has since enforced dbo_ownership on the QDB database when entering licenses.

The account used to enter licenses within License Manager does not have dbo_owner permissions to the Repository (QDB).
