Error occurs when attempting to start the NetIQ AppManager Management Server service.
Unable to start the NetIQ AppManager Management Server service.
The NetIQ AppManager Management Server service cannot be started.
If a Firewall sits between the AppManager Repository Database (named QDB by default) and the Management Server at issue, please ensure that the SQL Port for the Instance of SQL that is hosting the AppManager Repository Database (QDB by default) is open so that the Management Server and the QDB Server are able to communicate. If this port is not open, the Management Server will be unable to communicate with the QDB Server, and as a result, the Management Server service will be unable to start.
