cause
Group Policy Administrator (GPA) and Group Policy Guardian (GPG) embed a third party diagnostic tool, TraceBack For Windows by InCert Software Corporation, to capture trace information. The TraceBack functionality has been removed starting in GPG 2.0 and in GPA 4.5 and hence the issue is resolved starting in these versions.

The event is about the TraceBack application and does not affect the functionality of GPA or GPG.
