This error is associated with a third party product from CTI Limited.  CTI Limited is aware of the situation and has provided the following resolution.

To resolve the conflict, save and remove the XLODREADME commands and programs from all libraries on the iSeries machine during the install or upgrade. 

Note: Be sure to contact CTI Limited before restoring the objects.  In some cases, the objects were damaged and needed to be rebuilt before being returned to the machine.
