You migrated mailboxes that correspond to previously created custom recipients and selected the option Retain populated properties.
cause
If you select the option Retain populated properties when migrating mailboxes, Exchange Migrator gathers the properties for the corresponding target object. Then, when Exchange Migrator attempts to create the target object, it updates the list of migrated properties to include the property values from the existing target object. In the case of a previously created custom recipient, the result is that Exchange Migrator attempts to update mail properties on the target Exchange mailbox using contact or custom recipient properties that point to the source mailbox.
fix
When merging or replacing an existing target contact or custom recipient, ensure you deselect the option Retain populated properties.
