Follow the steps below to change the days of retention for the Purge Synchronizer Messages job:

  1. From the PSSecure main menu select Option 2 Profile & Password Management, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 2 Profile Synchronizer Menu, press Enter.
  3. Select Option 4 Profile Synchronizer Defaults, press Enter.
  4. Indicate the number of days desired to retain synchronizer messages in the History retention days (for purge) field, press Enter.

The product is shipped with the History retention days (for purge) field set at 90 days.
