Performing a Group Policy Object (GPO) 'Check In' does not result in an actual check in of the GPO.

symptom
Assistant Administrators (AA's) can Check out a Group Policy Object (GPO) from the Repository but cannot do a GPO Check in into the same Repository.  The console goes through the motions of the check in, but nothing happens.  Looking at the GPO again shows that it's still checked out and still has the option to be checked in.

cause
The Transaction logs on the Microsoft SQL Server that is hosting the NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) Repository are full.

fix
Ensure that the Transaction Logs on the Microsoft SQL server are not full.
