symptom
Although the option to 'Migrate mailboxes and public folders without messages' is not selected, the data migration portion of the mailbox migration fails.

cause
Mapi32.dll version 1.x is located in the %SystemRoot%\System32 directory.

fix
Verify the %SystemRoot%\System32 directory on the machine running Exchange Migrator contains the correct Microsoft Exchange server version of Mapi32.dll.
