cause
The IIS virtual directories for DRA and DRAReports are missing the entries for 'default.asp' and 'default.htm' as default documents.

fix

Add the entries for default.asp and default.htm as default documents to the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) virtual directories in Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).

1. Launch IIS Manager on the Microsoft IIS server that hosts the DRA Web Component.
2. Expand the Default Web Site node.
3. Right-click on the DRA virtual directory and choose Properties.
4. Select the Documents tab.
5. In the Enable Default Document section, click Add.
6. Enter Default.asp in the document field and click Ok.
7. Click the Add button in the Enable Default Document section.
8. In the document field, Enter default.htm.
9. Click Ok.
10. Click Ok to close the DRA Properties window.
11. Open Services.\
12. Stop and start the World Wide Web Publishing service.
