To resolve this issue verify that TCP port 135 (RPC) is open in order to communicate with the Agent system across the firewall. The General_MachineDown Knowledge Script attempts to connect to the Registy on the remote machine over port 135. Verify the following information to ensure that the KS works properly:
- TCP port 135 (RPC) is opened on the firewall.
- Remote Registry Service is running on the Agent machine.
- Service Account being used on the Agent machine has Local Administrator privileges on the system.
