At this time the domain controller that is used when a computer account is created in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) is the domain controller that DRA  is "bound" to.  You cannot specify a different domain controller to use only for the ComputerCreate operation.

An Enhancement Request has been submitted for the functionality of being able to specify a domain controller to create the computer object on.
