NetIQ Vulnerability Manager 5.0
VigilEnt Security Manager 4.0
The agent remains grayed out when upgrading from VigilEnt Security Manager 4.0 to NetIQ Vulnerability Manager 5.0.
The Unix endpoint appears grayed out (dimmed) after an upgrade.
Multiple entries for each upgraded host appear.
One upgraded host shows registered and the other host shows unregistered.
To resolve this issue:
- From the OS tab, select the unregistered entry.
- Right-click the unregistered entry and then click Delete.
- Add the agent back under Managed Systems.
The agent should now register successfully.
