 Follow the steps below to turn on logging do the following on the machine where the agent is installed:
  1. Go to Start | Run.
  2. In the Open  field type Regedit.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NetIQ\Vigilent\Agent.
  5. Change the value of logLevel from 2 to 4.  
  6. Restart the NetIQ Vigilent Agent service.
  7. The log will appear in %program files%/NetIQ/Log/Vigilentagent_2005.log.
  8. Send the log to support-houston@netiq.com
