Forward all email to this address' property of a Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 mailbox is truncated at the first special character such as a comma.

cause
This is a due to DRA truncating the name at the first special character.  

fix

This issue is addressed in NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator and Exchange Administrator version 7.0 SP1 Hotfix 41190.

Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) hotfix NETIQKB41190 corrects an issue in which the "Forward all email to this address" property of an Exchange 2000 mailbox could not contain a user account with an embedded comma (,). Individuals experiencing this error would see user accounts included in the Forward field truncated before the comma.

Note: This Hotfix requires DRA version 7.0 SP1.

To download and install this hotfix:

  1. Run the DRA70001_Hotfix41190.msi file on your client computers. Client computers are those on which you have installed the user interfaces.

This hotfix modifies the following files on all client computers:

  • NetIQ.DRA.Console.Accounts.dll
  • NetIQ.DRA.Utility.dll on client computers.

By default, these files are located in the Program Files\NetIQ\DRA folder.
