symptom
Assistant Admin is not able to view mailbox rights of user objects.

cause
The ActiveView the Assistant Admin is delegated to has not been granted the power of 'View All Mailbox Rights'.

fix

To add the View All Mailbox Rights power, do the following:

1. Launch the Delegation and Configuration Console for Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA).
2. Go to Delegation Management | Assistant Admins.
3. Double-click the Assistant Admin (or Assistant Admin Group) you want to add the power to.
4. UnderAssignments, select the ActiveView you want the Asstant Admin to have the new power over.
5. Click Add.
6. Select Delegate more powers overActiveViewName.
7. Click Add.
8. Click select Powers...
9. Type in View All Mailbox Rights and click Find Now.
10. Select the power and click Add.
11. Click OK.
12. Click Finish.
13. Click OK to exit.
