Printer names are blank when connected to a secondary Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) server.

When attempting to view printers on a system, the printers are displayed with an icon but the printer names are blank. Right-clicking and attempting to manage the printer generates an access denied error message. The Spooler service is running on both the DRA server as well as the print server. Log files show 'Failed to open printer 5' errors; this is ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED which is translated to EAMSG_ERROR_RESOURCE_ACCESSDENIED.
cause
Security permissions on the printer object have been restricted. The NETWORK account has been set with the DENY permission on the printer object.
fix
Verify that the NETWORK account has sufficient permissions on the printer object.
