Situation
How do I restore a default Knowledge Script (KS) that was deleted from the AppManager Operator Console?
Resolution
In order to recover a Knowledge Script (KS) that has been removed or deleted from the AppManager Operator Console:
- Launch the AppManager Operator Console.
- Go to KS and select Check in Knowledge Script.
- Browse to the location of the KS Group on the Repository Computer (The folder name will be the KS tab name. The default location for all standard KS is: C:\Program Files\NetIQ\AppManager\qdb\kp).
- Select the Knowledge Script you wish to check in and click Open.
- Click OK to the "Checked in...." message.
- Confirm the Knowledge Script is now in the AppManager Operator Console.
