Error: 'Error saving the changes to the User. The name reference is invalid' occurs when trying to clone a user account.
symptom
Removing a group from a user during the clone operation caches $GroupSizePolicy, even though the group (with more than 5000 members) was not selected in the Clone wizard.
cause
The UserCopy operation does not process the groups passed in by the client. $GroupSizePolicy assumes that, for a copy, Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) is adding the user to all of the groups of the source account.
fix
This is corrected in DRA 7.5 and later. To resolve this issue upgrade to the latest version of DRA.
