NetServices_DHCPLeases Knowledge Script is returning an error
Error: 'Failed to get OID' is returned by the NetServices_DHCPLeases Knowledge Script
Error: 'Failed to get OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.3.2.1.1.1: errcode = 8, errmsg = Could not communicate with agent '

To resolve this issue, check the Security setting for the SNMP service.  If the setting is not Accept SNMP packets from any hosts, be sure to include the hostname or IP address of the AppManager Agent server.

This issue can also be resolved by setting the AppManager Agent server's IP address in the SNMP Properties Security section to the AppManager Agent's loopback address.

The AppManager Agent will query itself for the correct OID and the operation will fail if the agent cannot accept SNMP packets from itself. This issue occurs if SNMP is not properly configured.
