symptom
Received 'Data Mapping Error' when trying to promote a subset in Collected Entries. 

cause
Remote transactions coming through the exit points at the same time a "Create Subset" is done, could result in null values in some of the collection file fields. 

fix

Please follow the steps below for a work around:

1. From the PSSecure main menu select Option 3 Remote Request Management, press Enter.
   
2. Select Option 30 Manage RRM, press Enter.
   
3. Select Option 5 Start/Stop RRM Collection Monitor, press Enter. 
   
4. In the RRM collection monitor action field indicate *STOP, press Enter.
   
5. In the Work with Collected Entries screen sort the Collected Entries that you wish to promote, press F7=Create Subset, indicate the desired parameters, press Enter twice. 
   
6. Start the Collection Monitor by selecting Option 30 Manage RRM, press Enter.
   
7. Select Option 5 Start/Stop RRM Collection Monitor, press Enter.
   
8. In the RRM collection monito action field indicate *START, press Enter.
