To gather the Installation logs follow the instructions below for deployment through Vulnerability Manager or stand alone remote deployment. 

STANDALONE REMOTE DEPLOYMENT

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Browse to the %program files%\NetIQ\Vulnerability Manager Agent directory.
  3. Locate the deploymentserver.txt file.
  4. Copy this file into an email and send it to support-houston@netiq.com

 

VULNERABILITY MANAGER DEPLOYMENT

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Browse to the %program files%NetIQ\Vulnerability Manager\VSOC directory.
  3. Locate the Deployment_Servert.log file.
  4. Copy this file into an email and send it to support-houston@netiq.com
