You can configure a standalone AutoSync client outside of a firewall so that you can receive updates from the NetIQ AutoSync Server.  Please refer to the following steps:

  1. On the tools menu, click AutoSync.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Expand AutoSyncclient.
  4. Specify the Host Name/IP address of the AutoSync client.
  5. Specify the Port Number of the AutoSync client.
  6. Click OK.
