Users are unable to modify the OS Config File tab.

symptom
The OS Config File tab is blank.

cause

The logged on user does not have access to the following registry key:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\FullArmor\FAZAM CCM\OSCONFIG



fix

To workaround this issue:

  1. Open Regedit32.
  2. Go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\FullArmor\FAZAM CCM\OSCONFIG.
  3. Select Security | Permissions
  4. Select Add and grant the affected user full control.
  5. Click OK.
