symptom
ERROR: 'The post-migration script failed. hr=80072035 The server is unwilling to process the request.' received when 'Update Active Directory Connector Accounts' wizard fails to enable the target account.
cause
When Microsoft Active Directory Connector creates accounts, it does not assign them passwords. Therefore, if the option to Copy Password was not selected, and the target domain password policy does not allow a blank password, Active Directory will not allow Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) to enable the account.

There are a few ways to resolve this issue:
- Rerun the Update ADC Accounts wizard and select the option to Copy Passwords.
