The Group Policy Administrative (ADM) template files installed in NetIQ Group Policy Administrator (GPA) are the most current ADM files available at the time of release of the product.  The ADM files available in GPA 4.0 were the ADM from Windows 2000 SP4.  The ADM files available in NetIQ Group Policy Administrator 4.5  and 4.6 are the files from Windows XP Server Pack 2.  

To update the ADM files utilized in the GPO Reports:

1. Open the GPA console.
2. Right-click on the top node NetIQ Group Policy Administrator and select Properties.
3. On the ADM  tab select each ADM template and click Remove.
4. Click OK.
5. Right-click on the top node NetIQ Group Policy Administrator and select Properties.
6. On the ADM  tab click Add.
7. Browse to and add each ADM template. 
8. Click OK.
