Error:   'A runtime error has occurred do you wish to debug?  Line 83: Object expected.' received.

symptom
This error is received when clicking a link on the policy center to bring up policy, or when selecting a link on that page to bring up another Policy window.  After clicking the link, you may receive a runtime error. 

cause
 This error occurs when the Internet Explorer Browser has script debugging enabled.  

fix

Checking the box for the Disable Script Debugging field prevents this error. You can disable the script debugging option within the Internet Explorer Browser (IE):

1. Launch Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
3. Check Disable Script Debugging option .
4. Click Apply.
5. Click OK.
