When you rename a user account within your Microsoft environment, this affects the policy compliance records in VigilEnt Policy Center (VPC).  Name changes are not synchronized within VPC if you use LDAP to connect to the Microsoft Windows domain for user account information.  Thus, VPC does not recognize any previously completed quizzes or acknowledged policies for user accounts that have been renamed.  The user will have to complete each quiz and confirm every policy using the renamed user account.
